Recipe – Liver wurst bisquits
For about 40 bisquits:
100 g rough oats
100 g fine oats
150 g cottage cheese
100 g liver wurst
6 EL maize germ or olive oil
1 egg
Mix all ingredients together to a dough that is not too firm, if necessary add some water or flour.
Cover a baking sheet with baking paper. Form small balls, place on the baking paper and flatten. Put in a cold oven and bake for 30 min. at 180°C.
Let the biquits cool on a cooling rack and keep in a cookie jar. The bisquits keep for up to 3 weeks – unless your dog gets to them first.
